The mold bases manufactured in an EQIC range from 200 mm x 200mm to 2500 mm x 3500 mm large in size and up to a maximum weight of 40 tons as a total mould base. The machining centers at EQIC can carry a single block of size 2500 mm x 3500 mm with a maximum weight of 20000 kg.
For custom mold bases we can use the right material specified by the clients and EQIC has developed a very good supplier base for supply of castings and forgings required for mould bases.
EQIC mould base manufacturing facility is also equipped to carry out specialized machining operations like deep core and cavity Pockets, Side Core Pockets, Angle Heel Locking, Angle Pinholes, other value added services(Complete accessories required for mould base) as per the die / mould design of customer, etc.
To submit a commercial offer, all that is required from the client is an assembly drawing of the mold base and the offer is usually submitted within 4 – 5 hours. The finished mold bases are dispatched to the client along with the Quality Assurance Report.
